ESG Gamification's latest initiatives allow us to experiment with new ways to promote sustainable conduct. The Sustainability Hackathon within Zing 2026 will amplify this commitment by fostering the creation of scalable ESG solutions in collaboration with creative and cross-functional teams.

Talents steer our Strategic Plan: more than 4,200 people are the driving force behind Var Group's innovation.
To improve their work experience, we are implementing an advanced wellbeing measurement methodology that, by 2026, will provide us with more accurate insights into perceptions and engagement.
Together, we strengthen wellbeing, development and digital wellness programmes, introducing tools that foster a more sustainable and informed use of collaboration platforms.
